Clear terms for subscriptions and credits

Subscription cancellation

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel through Manage billing on your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and no additional subscription charge will be made after that date unless you subscribe again.

Subscription refunds

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins. We will review requests involving duplicate charges, billing errors, service non-delivery, or circumstances where a refund is required by law. Cancelling a subscription does not normally create a prorated refund.

Credit-pack refunds

Unused one-time analysis-credit packs may be refunded when requested within seven days of purchase. Credits that have already been consumed are not refundable. If part of a pack has been used, the purchase is no longer considered unused.

Approved refunds and disputes

When a credit-pack payment is refunded, reversed, or disputed, unused credits connected to that purchase may be removed from the account. If the credits have already been used, we may restrict further paid analysis while the billing issue is reviewed.

Requesting help

Submit refund and billing requests through the support page. Include the account email, purchase date, amount, and reason for the request. Do not send full payment-card numbers.
